Refund policy

We want you to love your MerryGlow purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
